Rescheduling of a Brow Sculpt, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination and / or Lash Extensions treatment must be made

DEPOSITS
To secure your booking, we charge NON-REFUNDABLE deposits both online and in-house. Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment balance in salon. All deposits are valid for 18 months and are invalid to use after this period.

Consultations $50 deposit
New Cosmetic Tattoos $300 deposit
Refresh Cosmetic Tattoos $200 deposit
IMPORTANT
As a valued client of AJBA we reserve the appointments especially for you. Therefore, we kindly request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend. We are more than happy to accommodate your request within our policy time frame.
Please note, we do not accept cancellations via email or text. We kindly request you phone your preferred salon to arrange cancellations or to reschedule your booking.
NO SHOWS
Failure to show at your appointment or inform AJBA of a cancellation will result in a loss of deposit and you will not be able to book any future treatments at AJBA with the same deposit.
