If your purchased item/s is in original, unused and sealed condition, you may exchange it for a digital gift card that can be used in salon or at our online store. Your gift card will be valid for 3 years from the issue date.
If you wish to
exchange your unused item for a gift card, please send your order number, name and product details to

Returns on unused product can be made in salon or via post. Please note, Amy Jean Brow Agency / Amy Jean Privée Collection are not liable for return shipping costs or responsible in the case your return parcel is lost.
